Features
1. Structural feature: Use rubber belt as traction components.
2. Unloading mode: Discharge by centrifugal or hybrid method.
3. Applicable temperature:The temperature of materials transported by ordinary rubber belt shall not exceed 60℃, and the temperature shall not exceed 200℃ if by heat-resistant rubber belt.
4. Low driving power, inflow feeding, induction unloading, high-volume hopper intensive arrangement.
5. Long service life, it seldom occurs extrusion and collision events.
Application
TD type rubber belt bucket elevator apply to vertically transporting materials such as powder, pellet particulate with less surface friction, such as food, coal, cement, granular ore, etc. The lifting height is more than 40 meters.
